ABOUT THE POSITION

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple repairs on watches, such as battery replacements and shortening bracelets. We maintain a fast pace with a customer focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

With us, you will also work with:

• Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
• Ear/nose piercing (training will be provided when you start with us).
• Merchandising, restocking products, and changing campaigns.
• Inventory.

The position is a permanent part-time employment of 4h/week with a 6-month probationary period, starting on 2026-01-11.

Location: Kongahälla Center

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work experience in retail
• A complete high school education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

THE PROCESS
